She is a host and teacher of The Circle Way and the Art of Hosting and designs participatory gatherings using circle-based methods such as The Circle Way, Open Space Technology, World Cafe, Collective Story Harvest and others to host and harvest conversations for thoughtful change. Markus Heil is a theologian, Catholic minister, deacon, and pastor. He has a long history in community organizing and working with volunteers as well as empowering communities to engage in the progress of their community and its affairs. For more than 6 years he has been active in different Catholic reform organizations to find the spirit of change and to ground change on a solid participatory foundation. He is also a practicing Zen student and teaching in the via Integralis School of Contemplation. Markus combines circle in practices of meetings, community gatherings, educational events, and more, and has a good history in working together with Amanda Fenton on different occasions.

Damien Versele - A lawyer by training, Damien is now CEO of De Sleutel, a Belgian network of care organizations working with drug prevention and the care for and rehabilitation of people with addictions. The organization is moving through an intense process towards more collaborative practices liberating collective intelligence and participatory leadership. As a qualified coach (talentum-coaching), he has years of experience with coaching individuals, teams and organizations. Since 2015, he has called and co-hosted several Art of Hosting gatherings (3 day trainings and Practitioners Day) in Belgium. As practitioner of The Circle Way he calls and co-hosts the circle in many environments around different themes such as climate change, challenges in the local community, organizational issues, and more.

Olivier Winghart works as a Gestalt therapist and facilitator; before that, he worked in the IT sector for about twenty years. He hosts circles according to The Circle Way, and also hosts Open Space or World Café sessions. He is trained in group process and group psychotherapy. All the while, he keeps a daily zen practice.
